Eligible orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. These estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or request an order cancellation, contact us at hello@pofflet.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please check with the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at hello@pofflet.com with your order number, and we’ll help review the available tracking information.
